On Friday, June 2, 2023, the Leadership Geauga 2022-23 Signature Adult Program held its graduation ceremony at Meadow Ridge Events in Windsor. The event marked the successful completion of the Adult Program by a group of exceptional individuals.

The Signature Adult Program had 33 participants who live and/or work in Geauga County. Throughout the year, these individuals traveled 430 miles throughout Geauga County, met 109 community leaders, and visited 47 organizations. The class participants included:
